"Ever Think There is More To Life Than Doing Something Now JUST To Get Somewhere In The Future?"
"Isn't It Time To Just Slow Down A Bit?"
"The Slow philosophy is not about doing everything at a snail's pace. It's about seeking to do everything at the right speed. Savouring the hours and minutes rather than just counting them. Doing everything as well as possible, instead of as fast as possible. It's about quality over quantity in everything we do"
- Carl Honore, author of 'In Praise of Slow(ness)'

I used to be just like you! Rushing around to try and fit more and more into my day. I was one of those Success Coaches, like Anthony Robbins or Christopher Howard, you know helping people and companies be more productive, setting goals and pushing for "success".
But I wasn't happy, in fact I was stressed through the roof.
I couldn't understand it, I was successful, well off and my business was going from strength the strength, but I found myself getting more worked up and questioning everything I was doing.
Then one day I discovered the Slow Movement and it was the answer to all the questions I had been asking myself.
From then on, I have taken the skills and knowledge I had as a highly successful Success Coach and Motivational trainer and flipped them round to help people slow down, relax, and get more done. I have been developing strategies to help you organise your time, so that you do less, but get more done, go slower but get there faster.
I have worked with people from all round the world helping them totally change their lives and get out of the harebrained mentality to embrace their inner tortoise!
And now I have produced this easy to follow audio book that will help you start to slow down straight away. it is packed full of all the information, techniques and ideas I have developed since discovering the slow movement. It included four bonus programmes with a value of over $50, all for just $9.99 (for a limited time only).
What Is Slow?
The term "slow" is shorthand for:
A Philosophy
Recognising that time is precious, but rushing to try and fit more in is not the answer. That taking the time and effort to appreciate what is now will be much more fulfilling than filling your days and doing this just to get somewhere in the future.
That leads to...
A State of Mind/Attitude
Embodied by being centred, relaxed, unhurried, unrushed and unflustered, acting spontaneously in the right way (at the right pace) in any given situation.
That becomes a...
Lifestyle
This manifests itself as different ways for different people, depending on their interests and experiences, but shared values are: Finding the right pace to do things, appreciating what they have, a sense of community, co-operation, manners and meaningful connections with people.
Inspired and embodying the spirit of the tale of the Hare and the Tortoise - "Slow and steady wins the race..."
And develops...
Practical Applications
In all areas of life: business, arts, education, sports, transport and parenting to name a few
Slow is NOT...
"Slow is not about doing everything at a snail's pace; it's about working, playing and living better by doing everything at the right speed."
- Carl Honore
...About being slothful, lazy or ignorant. In fact just the opposite, it is about being mindful, aware and intelligent in your actions.
The Slow Movement...
... has been around as long as we have, from the ancient Chinese Taoists and Zen Buddhist monks to the Ancient Greek Philosophers such as Plato and the Cynics, to the Romantics, the Transcendentalists and even the Beats and the Hippies! But the idea of a Slow Movement which seeks to help people work, live and play better in the modern world is more recent. Born in Italy in the mid 1980's from the Slow Food movement it aimed to recapture the word "slow" as something positive. Slow has become a universal label to explain the benefits of doing everything at the right speed: work, travel, education, etc
